Many people like communicating via text and social
media these days. Those methods have a lot of value, especially for routine matters. But when you are choosing an agency, I would highly encourage you to have a real life TELEPHONE conversation with the agent. (Imagine that!!). ASK questions. Engage. If you choose the right person, it could be a very long term relationship!
